The service department has been trained to troubleshoot all types of systems including but not limited to furnaces, heat pumps, hydronic units, etc. We service all makes and models of HVAC systems. The standard trip charge is $95.00. This includes all travel time and the first half hour of work.
Preventative Maintenance Agreements
Maintenance
A preventative maintenance (P.M.) agreement provides inspections and routine maintenance twice a year. They are conducted once in the spring and again in the fall during regular business hours. If the system in question needs repairs, a discount is given for all other labor and materials. During peak seasons, P.M. agreement customers are given priority over regular pay service calls.
